Viewpoint is one of our more recent ventures located on the beautiful Clearwater coast. Our duties at these condominiums are based on facility maintenance. This includes sweeping and scrubbing the main six floors, cleaning the party room after events and the lobby. We also take care of the trash room, roofed parking lot and the pool area. As well as picking up palm fronds and ensuring the outer perimeter is in good shape. Our crew works on rotations to take care of this building, so we could always extra hands for this job, we are hiring!

The Dunedin Fine Arts center is a wonderful location to learn something new! With a variety of classes, exhibits and events ongoing each day, there is always something to do. The White Glove crew takes care of the main building 5 days a week, and the kitchen is cleaned most weekdays after the night class. I had the pleasure of meeting some staff myself and found the center to be an enjoyable place, somewhere to go while I’m off the clock for sure! When we clean the kitchen, stainless steel cleaning is a large priority and we ensure it stays shining and spotless for that next class. 

DiGiovanni Homes are great clients for our construction cleaning work. They trust us to transform their construction projects into beautiful homes with our cleaning expertise. We’ve been working in Union Place and Santorini Trace for some time now, and it certainly shows with the pictures I took. With folks already moved into some homes while construction continues. This contrast of homes being built to the completed ones is incredible. A testament to what can be achieved with a great team of builders and cleaners to finish the job! Last week our team worked on a renovation project at the Mease Continuing Care, a short and long term nursing facility. We cleaned several homes in the building that were remodeled and fitted with new appliances. These apartments provide great amenities for senior citizens, with some great views on higher floors. This gorgeous mid-rise condo is owned by a long time patron of White Glove, one of Eric’s first clients when he took over the company! It is two condos actually merged into one, with incredible views of Clearwater and the Gulf. We recently completed a final construction cleaning here, and it got tough to stop taking in the sites, both inside and outside. The job has been an effort between varied amount of the team and we are proud of how it came out! I also found the alligator sculpture to be a wonderfully compelling work of art.

Toward the end of last week we began a construction cleaning in St. Petersburg, at Community Health Centers of Pinellas. A new dental wing has been built complete with x-ray machines and dental chairs. Our team of boss man Eric, Matt, Rich, Wendy and Sonny(that’s me!), got to work last Friday making all the rooms and equipment sparkle. We made sure there wasn’t a speck of dust so the fantastic staff at the hospital are working under the cleanest conditions! Johnnie Ruth Clarke was formerly Mercy Hospital which opened in 1923, this change occurred in 1998. This hospital was also a historic place for the civil rights movements and a protest site against segregation!

The folks at Karl Flammer Ford have been great clients since the end of 2019 when we took over the new commercial facility for a construction cleaning. We began the new year of 2020 with nightly cleaning services at this building and its mechanic shop. The year came and went, with plenty of hardship for everyone, but we held strong and took care of the property to the pleasure of our clients, and in November of 2020 we extended our cleaning services across the street to the retail facility. Our services at KFF in Tarpon Springs are now total facility maintenance six nights a week, with pressure washing and an emphasis on our floor care.

We had the pleasure of getting this incredible place cleaned up before its grand opening. We did a construction clean, and finished with a polish that made the place look fantastic. The environment is very nice and setting is definitely modern. Accompanied by BOYD Construction, we were able to meet the deadline in time for the big day! Check out the pics above!

This year is shaping up to be the busiest we have ever seen. We recently just got the job cleaning a luxury apartment building that is fifteen stories high. It is currently being remodeled, and we are responsible for cleaning the entire building. Each floor has about eight apartments, the exit staircases, hallways, everything! This is a construction service that we are doing, and we will be working here over the next few months. We definitely have our work cut out for us!

To add to our construction clean services, we are cleaning a new Duplex housing community just down the road from our central HQ. As all construction sites, we have to work around the current construction, and our work at times is delayed.
