Last week we celebrated our twenty-eight anniversary and what a wild ride it has been! This year more then ever small businesses like ours have faced many hardships. We have continued to succeed because of a simple premise, TREATING PEOPLE THE RIGHT WAY. Our clients and staff are well aware of the state of the country and our staff are happy to come to work everyday. We continue to reinvest in our business/staff and the results speak for themselves. We have expanded our facility with more storage/operations, a training center, and new equipment/vehicles. We will continue to lead the #tampabay area in commercial cleaning!!

June was a hectic month for everyone. It seemed we were at odds with a number of different trials and tests,yet we endured and are still here. Id like to thank Aly for being a very large part of how our company’s daily operations are run. Her attitude and attendance make her a lot of fun too work with. Im not surprised she’s won twice this year as her efforts dont go unnoticed or undone. Everything ive said before still stands, as her cleaning consistency has. Thank you for everything from us here at White Glove Cleaning!

This month was particularly busy as we have had a tie for the employee of the month ballad! We will start with:

Izzy Has won our award for Employee of the Month for March! She is a very hard worker, and very dedicated. Izzy understands how to recognize a need for change and is very good at taking initiative. Her working experience, I believe gives her a solid edge in our small business, as there are opportunities for growth and new roles. Her attitude makes her very pleasant to work with, yet she has a stern undertone when it comes to completing tasks on time, and how they should be handled. Izzy is an artist, and very friendly. Be prepared to laugh some when you’re sharing a shift with her! Shes also responsible for most our vacation rental services.

This month’s employee of the month award goes to Tabitha Teel! Tabitha is a very hardworking employee who has really been incredible in keeping our team, tools and chemicals in line and organized. She plays a very pivotal role in a day’s routine and is a pleasure to work with. She is very innovative as she initiated our labeling idea in our office. Tabitha noticed a need for labels as our company has grown much in these past few years. It makes it easier for everyone and even new hires find tools we need for jobs. It also helps us to keep track of inventory as a team, making everything easier to track. She adds much value to our internal structure and I’m thankful to work with her! Thanx Tabitha!

This month’s employee of the month is Aly DePiero. Aly is a very well-balanced employee who takes the lead in most of our daily operations. She is very resourceful and reliable and works very thoroughly towards completion. She is a very pleasant person to be around, and she definitely lightens the tension in a room. She is a strong team player and deserves this award for her continued effort in maintaining our company’s establishment, and in its growth. Thank You So Much Aly! You are a great part of our continued success.

Today we participated in a community clean up event as volunteers for the St. Patrick Catholic Church and School in Largo, FL. We were among many in helping to the restore the school’s image and make it cleaner than it ever has been. We planted trees, painted, pressure washed, window washed, and more! Heres a few pictures of all the happenings!
